Research & technical development

The R&D team has years of experience in structural engineering and are the originators of the technology.

Reza Haghani, Head of research & Co-founder, is a Ph.D student expected to graduate in June 2010. Reza’s work includes Strengthening and upgrading of steel structures using Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FPR) materials, where he is proposing a suitable failure criterion for prediction of load bearing capacity of adhesive joints in the use of composite materials. His research areas also include the complexity of failure modes, the procedure for design of strengthening of steel members, the use of prestressed composite laminates for strengthening of structural members and seismic upgrading of structures.
