The invention is a method of strengthening structural members with fiber composites, e.g. carbon- or glass fibers.
The patent-pending method can be used to strengthen steel, concrete or wooden structures.
Current status
- Pending patent in Europe (EPO), USA, China and Canada. The international search report is favorable to granting a patent.
- Technology proof-of-concept is concluded and successful. Structural members strengthened by 40 % in tests.
- We are currently seeking partners to produce an industrial prototype enabling pilot-projects showcasing the method and the new products.
